Plump Possum Pie

Tracie has asked for a contitribution from me for her Charming Hospitality blog for Thanksgiving. I thought I would share it here first.


1 plump possum
2 pie crusts
2 nice taters
3 big carrots
2 cans mushroom soup


Place plump possum feet down and face up in first pie crust. Chop taters n carrots and place them around the plump possum. Pour the mushroom cans over the plump possum. Put second pie crust over the plump possum and squeeze edges down real tight. Bake until plump possum stops grinning and hair is crunchy.

The delightful delicious delectable dish definite defeats duck and all the other birds one other might offer up on Thanksgiving day.

Prediction

K people....

Today I offer a little predictification concerning the response we are seeing to the Ft Hood terrorist....

I humbly suggest that in the not too distant future we will see a car bomb or suicide bomber in the marketplace of America...

Our weakness will enbolden these activities....

Pray for our children.....

Will You Divorce Me For This?

Is the same question as.....

Is this a heaven or hell issue?

Tonight at Mid.Point we will discuss a relationship that asks these questions....

A husband has things to worry about if his wife often asks him will he divorce her for the things she is doing.....

As the Bride of Christ, rather than see what we can get by with we should seek to do what pleases him.....

Fringe living is not optimum for a relationship....

Is this a heaven or hell issue?

Indicates a christian who is not sold out to pleasing or doing everything possible to please the Bridegroom.....

When we ask this question...

We put God in a defensive position of not wanting to appear hard or mean so he just allows his mercy to endure and he tolerates our unfaithfulness.....

I would humbly suggest HIS mercy will one day subside and his judgement will begin...

In that day I hope HE and I have not had any discussions concerning HIS divorcement of me or my family.....
