Righteousness Exalts The Church

Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. Prov 14:34 KJV

Uprightness and right standing with God (moral and spiritual rectitude in every area and relation) elevate a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people. AMP

Righteousness or uprightness and right standing with God exalts a nation....

The same works for the church....

Righteousness or uprightness and right standing with God exalts the church.......

Add this.......

By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked. Prov 11:11 KJV

or....

By the blessing of the influence of the upright and God's favor [because of them] the city is exalted, but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked. AMP

Let me make a simple observation.....

There is the blessing of God upon those who are upright with God.....

The influence of those that are blessed for their uprightness.....

That blessing is the favor of God.....

Those that carry the favor of God bless everything around them.....

Therefore.....

It is the favor of God upon the people that exalts the church.....

Right living folk exalt the church.....

The blessed church is the church who has a righteous and upright membership....
