Resurrection Week!!!

If I was preaching this Easter Sunday morning here is what I would preach...

And when Herod had apprehended Peter, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people. Acts 12:4

Herod intended to do away with the Pesty Peter Preacher guy after capturing him....

But Herod decided to wait until after Easter....

Easter is a great time for the down and out and prisoners and all other sort spiritual misfits....

Easter is Resurrection Day....

Herod decided to wait until after Resurection Day but Jesus did not....

Angels released Peter before Herod had a chance to deal with him....

What the devil meant for bad God meant for good and released Prisoner Peter.....

Resurrection Day is a good day to change the plans of the devil for your life!!!

Resurrection Week is proving to be a good one at CUPC....

Evangelist Mark Winters is with us....

But revival was here before the good evangelist arrived....

This past week we baptized 20....

And this morning when I walked into the foyer they were baptizing yet another man who indicates he is ready for a Resurrection in his life.....

This Resurrection Week I pray that you find Resurrection in your life, home or ministry....
