Let the Healer Speak

In January of this year I penned The United Pentecostal Church Needs a Healer. Amid the rumblings of a post Resolution 4 and fears of losing many good brethren from the UPCI this was sent around the world. Now some months later I am led to follow up and pray you will be blessed....rks

Something is happening in the United Pentecostal Church International!

The decision in Tampa sparked a change in many….

Some left or will leave over Tampa’s decision….

For others the decision will not be enough.....

A pendulum swings both ways……

Something has happened in the United Pentecostal Church!

Healers are rising to sound a clear sound in the pulpit….

Across the movement the Healer’s voice declares the Word of the Lord….

Recent Camp Meetings resonated with the sound of old fashioned preaching…..

A life of separation admonished ….

The crowds gladly received the Word…..

The Healer is speaking….

Something is happening in the United Pentecostal Church!

For too long sensational sermons dominated meetings….

Spin off preaching of Pentecostal pop culture media personalities became the norm….

Inspiration for some came from internet sermons sites….

The sensationalism wowed but with little heart change…

Current church trends were emulated…..

Relevant emergents endeavored to replace Paul’s admonition to Timothy…..

Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.

Preacher Man…Preach the Word….

The Word that exhorts and reproves and rebukes….

Sensationalized spin off sermons from media personalities are powerless, pitiful and weak….

People want exhortation and reproof and even longsuffering rebukes from the Word of God…

They know the difference…..

Preach the Word with a tear in your voice…..

People deserve more than harsh preaching….

More than empty words of a Pentecostal pop culture….

Give the people the Word with exhortations and reproving rebukes and exhortations in love and truth…..

Let the Healer speak….

Preacher Man, may every pulpit across America possess a healer……

Every God called preacher is a healer to the pulpit he fills….

The UPCI needs a Healer….

You Preacher Man are that Healer….

Preach the Word with exhortation and reproof and rebuke in love and doctrine…

You will heal the land….

Let the Healer speak!

If chosen to preach a youth rally…Preach the Word!

If blessed to preach a camp…..Preach the Word!

If speaking at a special conference…. Preach the Word!

If speaking at a General Conference…. Preach the Word with doctrine and truth and or rebukes in the right spirit…

The United Pentecostal Church knows the difference of anointed truth and imitated pop culture platitudes…..

Be a Healer Preacher Man….

Preach the Word that will heal a life….

Regardless the pulpit, offer truth and doctrine and exhortation and reproof and rebuke and exhortations in love….

Let the Healer speak….

Blessings....

I pray that this is true for the UPCI. May God send them a revival of holiness. However, I have been traveling throughout this fellowship and do not see a trend toward seperation, but rather the opposite.

Yes indeed the UPCI needs a healer, but more than that they need a director. what good is it to be healed but heading in the wrong direction? You have to get to the hospital first before you will ever get healed. Spiritually speaking.

Thank you anonymous for your comment....

I love it when somebody offers unsubstantiated criticism behind a veil of anonymity.....

Again thanks though for stopping by....

pops I like the post. Even if we aint holy enough for some. Thanks for teaching me that we are not being separate so we can have a contest with everyone here on earth about how long our sleeves and skirts are, but rather to simply please our Creator.

as you say..... blessings....RTS

p.s. you might not be pastor when you get back. your office looks great with all me stuff in there, and a mac on the desk
